Berry & Banana Protein Creami
A creamy, high-protein frozen treat using banana for texture and berries for flavour. Perfect for hitting those sweet cravings without the sugar crash.
Method
- 1.
In a blender or bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen berries, monk fruit, and vanilla extract.
- 2.
Add a splash of your chosen milk and blend (or whisk vigorously) until the mixture is mostly smooth, but don't over-process if you want berry chunks.
- 3.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami Deluxe pint, making sure not to exceed the 'Max Fill' line. Add a bit more milk if needed to hit that line.
- 4.
Place the lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
- 5.
Remove from the freezer, place in the Creami machine, and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program.
- 6.
Check the texture. If it looks like icy snow or crumbs, add one tablespoon of milk and hit the 'Re-spin' button. This is the magic step for creaminess!
Don't skip the re-spin if it looks dry; that's how you get the professional texture.
