    In a blender or bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen mango, coconut milk, monk fruit, and vanilla extract.

    Blend (or whisk vigorously) until the mixture is mostly smooth, but keep some texture if you like it that way.

    Place the lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
